The Shift 8-Week Immersion is where insight meets embodiment. It is an experiential group journey designed to help you rewire the patterns that keep you circling the same ground. Over eight weeks together, we will move from awareness to aligned action through live teaching, guided practice, and nervous-system-based integration.

The why.

The Shift 8-Week Immersion was created for women who already know themselves well. You’ve spent years learning, reflecting, and growing. You understand your patterns, your story, and the ways you tend to get in your own way. But awareness alone hasn’t been enough to create real movement. This experience is designed to help you bridge that gap between knowing and doing, so change becomes something you can feel in your body, not just understand in your mind.

Transformation doesn’t come from thinking harder. It comes from learning how to feel safe enough to try something different. This immersion offers a grounded space to practice that safety and begin moving forward with more clarity, confidence, and ease.

The how.

Over the course of eight weeks together, you will be guided through a process that helps you move out of overthinking and into a new kind of forward motion. Each session blends teaching, reflection, and embodied practice so that what you learn becomes something you can actually feel and apply. We’ll begin by creating the foundation of safety your body needs in order to change, then map the patterns and loops that keep you stuck. As the weeks unfold, you’ll explore your values in action and experiment with small, meaningful shifts that help you move in new directions without overwhelm.

This experience is less about learning information and more about integrating it. You will leave not only with new insight but with a felt sense of change—something steady, grounded, and real.

We meet every two weeks for 90 minutes, plus two live 60-minute Q&A calls to support integration between sessions.


All sessions are recorded and available for you to revisit at any time.

about trisha

Hi - I’m Dr. Trisha Wolfe. NARM® & Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Therapist, and Resilience Coach. My life has always been centered on a love of learning and curiosity. On my own journey, I became curious about what makes people do things they do, even when it goes against what they want for themselves. My exploration has led to a Master’s degree in mental health, a Ph.D., and 7 years of training on complex trauma, attachment patterns, human development, somatics, relational trauma, and more.
